At Under the Stars, we know that your wedding is the biggest day of your life which is why we want to make it a day to remember for you and for your guests. Our Wedding Glamping bell tents come fully dressed and furnished to create a luxury glamping experience.
Our Bell Tent Glamping Village is perfect for Tipi, Festival, Barn, Woodland and Farm venues.

How to Book

BOOK YOUR DATE
Congratulations, Once you have confirmed your wedding date, please do get in touch to check our Bridal Suite Bell Tent and Wedding Village availability.
We require a 5 Guest Suite Tent minimum hire, holding fee and booking deposit is to be paid to ensure we have tents reserved and available for your wedding guests to book.

PICK YOUR PACKAGE
Pick your Wedding Village Glamping Bell Tent Package, add-on's and upgrades.

Once the booking paperwork and monies have been paid we will then create a dedicated dashboard for you and for your guests to book their Guest Suite Bell Tent.
​
Your guests will be invited to book their accommodation and pay a booking deposit with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your wedding date.

CONFIRMATION
Once all the reserved Guest Suite tents have been booked by your wedding guests the holding fee will be returned to you.
​
Your Guests will be issued with confirmation of their booking, a map of how to find their tent/Name of their tent and details of any specific requirements.
We will liaise directly with your venue to cover logistics and site visits.
BRIDAL SUITE
We provide a luxury glamping bridal tent, which will provide a perfect retreat at the end of your wedding day. Our beautiful 5m bell tents create a stunning backdrop to your wedding day and are the ideal accommodation for your guests.

Our Bell Tents can also be used as a children’s play tent which is great for when the little ones want some time out from the wedding, to include toys, tables, chairs, colouring, soft play toys, garden games and a dressing up box.
